Gravel Fondo – it’s the new golf.
 
Take it easy with us or ride it at your own pace *cof* race it *cof*, it’s up to you, we will have very easy to follow cue sheets for you!
 
Designed to be a step up from our popular intro Gravel rides – Grins & Gravel and Baby Roubaix, this is 125kms with no significant climbing but plenty of fun, views and photo stops. This is on a mixture of gravel and sealed roads.

Distance – 126.1km
Elevation – +445m
Surface (approx.):
Paved – 46%
Unpaved – 54%

What you need:
A sense of adventure & fun!
Be an intermediate level rider however we can help you make the
transition (you should be comfortable riding a bike for 4-6 hours)
A well maintained bike, spares and gear sufficient for a day of riding.
Any medication you require and food/water for the day.
 
A detailed ride guide and gear list will be sent to registered riders.

Heartland Tour – The Knights of NI <17/03/23>

We are off to the Central North Island!

17-24 March 2023

Coast to Coast and Coast, this would suit experienced cyclists, happy to ride all day for several days. There will be a wide variation of terrain so a Hardtail Mountain Bike or Gravel Bike with grippy tyres and a wide range of gears would be best.

You don’t need to carry the Kitchen Sink as we will have the Queen of Support helping us each and every day.
